Day 18: Shopping

Since Jordan & I have Night Shift tonight, we decided to go visit the El Davinco Shopping Center in downtown Davao today. On our way there, we found a goat, tethered to a bush & busy eating!!! Isn't it adorable?!?!
El Davinco carries more of the Native things, as well as beautiful Filipino clothing items. We had a lot of fun window shopping,....etc. ;)

After we finished, while trying to decide if we wanted to stop somewhere & eat, take a Jeepney home, or shop some more, we started following our noses, & it led us to ..... the G-Mall!!! We decided to eat in a Pizza place there, & then took a Tricee home.

Working Night Shift tonight....hopefully I'll be able to Assist a birth!!! (but if not, I'm completely happy charting!! ;D)

  2. Good morning Mrs. Ruseler!!!
Mmmm.... yep, I guess you could add "Malls" to that list!! Malls are pretty much where you'll get all your staples: grocery stores, clothing, personal supplies, etc.
The "Shopping Center" we went to, was not what we in the US would call one....maybe like the one in Cd'A, where there Superman painted on it??? Except with a 3rd world country flare. :-)
Also, the Malls don't look like our from the outside.....it looks more like a hulk of...something...? :-)
